@Cash Prepaid Card

  • The following terms apply specifically to your purchase and use of PlayPark @Cash Prepaid Card (“@Cash Prepaid Card”): The @Cash Prepaid Card is for sale in Singapore only. PlayPark does not warrant the validity of the @Cash Prepaid Card if purchased outside the territories of Singapore. @Cash Prepaid Card holds no cash value.
  • No exchange or refund shall be made if the Serial Number of the @Cash Prepaid Card was found to be tampered. You have the responsibility to check the condition of the @Cash Prepaid Card especially the Serial Number before purchasing. Do not purchase the @Cash Prepaid Card if you are in doubt of its authenticity.
  • Please remember to request for the purchase receipt from the authorized retailer before leaving. In the event that you encountered problems with the purchased @Cash Prepaid Card, the receipt of purchase as well as the @Cash Prepaid Card is required to be presented in order to obtain support from PlayPark.

Using Your @Cash Prepaid Card

  • The @Cash Prepaid Card allows you to charge your MapleStorySEA Passport Account with the amount of @Cash credits stated on the face of the card. @Cash credits allow you to purchase in-game items, at a pre-determined rate, for products and services provided by PlayPark. Rates are subjected to changes at any time without notice at the sole discretion of PlayPark. The @Cash Prepaid Card cannot be used for any other purpose unless otherwise stated in an official media authorized or hosted by PlayPark.
  • In order to use the @Cash Prepaid Card, you must successfully register for a MapleStorySEA Passport Account.
  • Your @Cash Prepaid Card is your own responsibility. PlayPark will not be held liable for any loss of @Cash after your purchase. (e.g. lost, disclosed prepaid card information to third party, illegal trading of @Cash)

Checking your @Cash Credit Balance

Expiration of your @Cash Prepaid Card

  • Your @Cash Prepaid Card must be charged to your MapleStorySEA Passport Account within the Expiry Date printed on the card (the “Expiry Date”).
  • Your @Cash credits are valid for 365 days after the date of top-up. Every topup will have its own 365 days of expiry. You are to utilize @Cash credits before it expired.
  • Under no circumstances will PlayPark provide refunds for unused @Cash credits remaining at the end of the activation period or the card’s Expiry Date.

Termination

  • If your MapleStorySEA Passport Account is terminated for any reason by PlayPark, no refunds, including unused @Cash credits, will be granted. You understand that your MapleStorySEA Passport Account can be terminated by PlayPark if PlayPark determines, in its sole discretion that you are in breach of the terms stated in the Terms of Use of MapleStorySEA Passport or in this Agreement.

Online @Cash Purchase Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT USER REPRESENTATIONS

  • You represent to PlayPark that you are the authorized user/owner of the credit card that is used to pay for the @Cash credits.
  • If you are not the owner of the credit card, you warrant that the credit card information provided to PlayPark is obtained lawfully and with the permission of the credit card owner.
  • All the information provided during the verification process must match the credit card account records as provided by the credit card issuing bank.

Basic Terms and Policies

  • BY USING THIS ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES TO TOP-UP @Cash CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH PLAYPARK PTE LTD, YOU AGREE TO THESE BASIC TERMS AND POLICIES STATED HEREIN AFTER:
  • The address of your computer and your ISP provider will be determined, and recorded as a safeguard against fraudulent behavior and may be used by PlayPark or legal entities to prosecute guilty parties.
  • Credit card fraud is a felony punishable by heavy fines and jail term. Fraudulent behavior will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Credit card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization. PlayPark does not record your credit card number anywhere.
  • You shall be redirected to a secure online payment service provider and a confirmation e-mail will be sent once the transaction is completed.
  • Your online purchase of @Cash credits is final and irreversible once online payment is processed and confirmed. Your PlayPark Account will be credited with the amount of @Cash credits you have purchased.
  • The @Cash credits allow you to purchase in-game items, at a pre-determined rate, for products and services provided by PlayPark. Rates are subjected to changes at any time without notice at the sole discretion of PlayPark.
  • The @Cash credits are valid for 365 days from the transaction date of the online purchase to top-up your MapleStorySEA Passport Account.
  • Your @Cash credits are valid for 365 days after the date of top-up. Each topping up of @Cash record will have its 365 days of expiry. You are to utilize @Cash credits before it expired.
  • Under no circumstances will PlayPark provide refunds for unused @Cash credits remaining at the end of the credit’s Expiry Date.
  • You may check your @Cash credit balance by logging onto your MapleStorySEA Passport Account and select “Check Balance”.
  • If your MapleStorySEA Passport Account is terminated for any reason by PlayPark, no refunds, including unused @Cash credits, will be granted. You understand that your MapleStorySEA Passport Account can be terminated by PlayPark if PlayPark determines, in its sole discretion that you are in breach of the terms stated in the Terms of Use of MapleStorySEA Passport or in this Agreement.
  • You agree that your use of the online payment services is at your sole risk and you are solely liable for all actions taken via your credit card during online transactions.

AXS @Cash Purchase Terms & Conditions

  • AXS top-up requires the input of a current existing email address in order to receive the purchased epin. Under no circumstances will PlayPark provide refunds for incorrect entry of email address that resulted in @Cash being credited to the MapleStorySEA Passport Account of another party.
  • Your purchase of @Cash credits is final and irreversible once the transaction is processed and confirmed. Your MapleStorySEA Passport Account will be credited with the amount of @Cash credits that you had purchased.
  • The @Cash credits allow you to purchase in-game items, at a pre-determined rate, for products and services provided by PlayPark. Rates are subjected to changes at any time without notice at the sole discretion of PlayPark.

Amendments

  • You agree that PlayPark may amend or modify these Terms or impose new conditions at any time by updating these Terms on the Site or upon notice from PlayPark to you as published through the site or by email. Any use of the site or order by you after such updating shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such amendments, modifications, or new conditions. If you do not want to be bound by an amendment, you will need to terminate your registration, if any, and refrain from using the Site or using Applications after that date. No other amendments will be valid unless they are in a paper writing signed by PlayPark and by you.
  • PlayPark will not take responsibility for any damages found to be resulting from a user’s failure to familiarize themselves with the contents of the agreement and posted notices.

@Cash & Cash Items Disclaimer

  • Time sensitive Cash Items will not be reimbursed during unavoidable game service disruption. Purchase should be made at user’s own discretion.
  • Once @Cash credits are used successfully for redemption/purchase/gifting, there will be no exchange, transfer or refunds, under any circumstances.
  • All purchased Cash items and charged @Cash are deemed non-refundable.

Reimbursement Policy

  • Security measures have been implemented to ensure the integrity of the data on our servers and database; even with all the implementation, players may lose their @Cash item(s) against their own wishes occasionally. In the event of such cases, PlayPark will take up steps to reimburse the lost item(s) based on a case-by-case basis.
  • In the event of disappearance of @Cash / Cash Item(s), players are strongly advised to report the incident immediately with a relevant screen shot and provide all the details requested for an investigation to be conducted. However, the result of the investigation that was conducted will be final and no further appeals will be entertained.
    Do note that ultimately, players’ game accounts including all items are their sole responsibility.

  • After your @Cash is charged into your account, you are to take an additional step to convert the @Cash in MapleStorySEA Passport / PlayPark into the game which you wish to spend in.After successful conversion, you may proceed to the Cash Shop located in the game to spend your Game Cash. @Cash can also be used to purchase @key, online shopping and even register for certain events too.

Top Up of @Cash

  • I have problems topping up my @Cash. It’s always showing me “Invalid Security Code or Serial No.”!
  • This problem might due to:
    a. You may have accidentally keyed in an incorrect alphanumerical character. Kindly try to top-up again into your account, ensuring that the correct alphanumerical characters are entered (case-sensitive).
    Note that the balance will be showing under “Check Balance” tab.b. If the above does not solve your problem, it may be a mis-print of the security code. You may then send us a message via @Cash Web form to report the problem.c. The card has been charged by another account. If that was not intended, you may send us a message via @Cash Web form to report the problem.
  • I want to top up my prepaid card but I just noticed it is expired. Can I have a refund or exchange?
  • We regret to inform you that it is not possible to have a refund or exchange. Player has the responsibility to check the condition or expiry of the card before purchasing.

  • I have topped up successfully to my account, but I cannot see my Cash balance in Cash Shop!
  • This problem might due to:a. High traffic at Cash Shop may cause lag affecting the cash balance shown. Try accessing the Cash Shop a few times, preferably in different channels to rectify the problem.b. You may have topped up with another Passport Account which does not contain the character(s) you used to check your Cash Balance. This happens when players assign same name for login IDs and game characters which often create confusion. Just remember that you are charging to your Account and not to your character.Upon encountering this, you might want to recall if you have ever created more than 1 Maple Account. If you had, please check out your account information to see if your character belongs to the Passport Account you have used to top up your @Cash. You may check out your account information by logging onto MapleStorySEA Passport.You may then send us a message via @Cash Web form if the @Cash is not credited after 24 hours.

  • I bought this @Cash item but I did not receive it. However my @Cash was deducted. Why?

  • This problem might due to:

  • I bought an item in the Cash Shop, but it did not appear in my Cash Wardrobe!
  • a. You have not successfully purchased the item. The purchase is not successful if you did not see a “Purchase Success” message popping up after you have confirmed your purchase. In this case, no @Cash will be deducted. You may try to access the Cash Shop a few times.
    b. Due to high traffic at Cash Shop, you may experience some lag which causes the item delivery to be delayed. In this case, @Cash is deducted but item does not show up. Please wait for 24 hours before reverting back to usIf the Cash item is not credited after this time, please kindly revert back to us with the required information stated in @Cash Webform for further investigation.

  • I have accidentally bought an item, can I refund or exchange or transfer it to my friend’s account?
  • Please note that it is stated in our Terms of Usage for @Cash and Cash Shop/Items that once purchased successfully, item bought cannot be refunded or exchanged or even transferred to another account. However, for MapleStorySEA players, you may use it for another character within the same Maple account in the same World.Note that if the item is intended to be given to a friend, you should use the ‘Gift’ function and not the ‘Buy’ function as you can’t drop or trade cash items. Player should also note of possible lag issue and be patient for the item to be delivered to avoid unintentional repeat purchase.
