PlayPark launches E-Support

Easier for gamers to track the progress of each request they make and minimize the processing time with E-Support

PlayPark introduces the E-Support Problem Report System to upgrade how solutions are delivered to our gamers’ problems. E-Support makes it easier for gamers to track the progress of each request they make and minimize the processing time. Compliant with Data Privacy Act, E-Support sets off for its first run for the PlayPark RF Online community starting this February 5, 2021. E-Support will be available to the whole PlayPark community soon.

Problem Solving through E-Support

E-Support is used to report issues and challenges PlayPark gamers face as they enjoy playing and accessing their accounts. From updating information to game bugs, E-Support is the gamer’s link to the PlayPark Customer Service team. In easy steps, PlayPark can resolve issues in as fast as seven (7) working days. To do this, just be sure to complete your report requirement and have all the needed references uploaded.

Every step of solving a problem, a PlayPark Customer Service representative will be with you through E-Support. Gamers can now also track the progress of tickets and get updates from the ‘Follow Up Case’ tab available in the new system.

PlayPark Launches E-Support

As the official Problem Report System of PlayPark, E-Support obeys the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines completely along with the Customer Service team. This makes sure your information is secure and will be used only as you need.

The new Problem Report system will be launching first for RF Online but available to the whole PlayPark community soon. While the new system is on its first run, the existing iBox support system will continue to assist gamers with any concern. Submitted tickets through iBox will be processed until resolved by the PlayPark Customer Service team. Watch out this February 5th as guides and details on how to fully use the Problem Report system will be released to all.

PlayPark Saya Continues

As the global pandemic of COVID-19 develops, several changes to the PlayPark operations are in place to ensure the PlayPark Saya gets to its gaming community. Some delays may occur such as Ticketing, and prize awarding.

PlayPark wants to thank the community for the constant support. News and activities will continue to be shared. Expect an even greater presence within the PlayPark games. Read more about it here.
