Billing (Top-up) Service Maintenance Announcement

Great news, Gamers!

As of December 15, 2017 at 10:20AM (GMT+8), PlayMall maintenance is completed. All services affected by the maintenance – in PlayMall, MyLU, LU Play – are now available ahead of schedule.

The affected games will now be able to resume top-up services.

  • Cabal Online
  • Perfect World
  • Special Force
  • Special Force 2

As part of Playpark’s continuing efforts to improve services for all players, we will be conducting our billing maintenance on the following dates and times:


  • START: December 13, 2PM, Wednesday
  • END: December 16, 12 Noon/Lunchtime, Saturday


The maintenance procedures will cover the following games:


  • Cabal
  • Perfect World
  • Special Force
  • Special Force 2


Top-up using Level Up! Prepaid Cards and PINs WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE  for ALL GAMES while Purchasing items from the in-game item shops using existing in-game cash will still be available.


The Playmall’s/LUPlay/MYLU affected services will resume availability on December 16, 12 Noon/Lunchtime, Saturday.
