How to start earning free @Cash via Matomy Money offers
Firstly, you will need to login to your PlayID account.
If you don’t have a PlayID account, please visit www.playpark.com/en to register for a new PlayID.
On the login page, enter your PlayID, Password, Security Code, then click on “Login”.
Upon successful login, click on your Profile icon and select the “Earn @Cash” button on the drop-down menu.
Take some time to read through the Terms and Conditions carefully and click on “Agree” to proceed.
Select “Matomy Money” from the list of Offer Wall available.
The Offer Wall will be displayed as shown below.
Navigate your way through the available offers and click on the corresponding button to start earning @Cash.
Please be reminded again to read the instructions carefully and only proceed if you agree to it.
How to redeem
The minimum amount of @Cash Points required for redemption is 1,000.
Once you have accumulated sufficient @Cash Points, click on the “Redeem Now” link found on any Offer Wall to redeem for the @Cash Top-Up Codes.
Upon successful redemption, you will see the notification as shown below. Proceed to check your PlayID email for the Top-Up Codes.
View Transaction History
Click on the “History” link on any Offer Wall to view the Transaction History.
Activity refers to the activities performed on your account. Example: @Cash points credited or Redemption made.
Credit @Cash refers to the @Cash earned and credited into your account. Debit @Cash refers to the @Cash you have redeemed from your account.
Resend Email allows you to request the system to resend the redemption details to your PlayID email.
You may click on the “Check Offer Status” button found in the Matomy Money Offer Wall.
The Matomy Money support page will appear in a new tab and you will see a list of the completed and pending offers.
You may click on the “Inquire about this offer” link to contact Matomy Money Customer Support if you have any queries pertaining to the offer. (Eg: Offer completed but not credited yet, error when trying to complete offer etc).
Please be reminded to enter the correct email address in order for Matomy Money Customer Support to get in touch with you and provide further assistance.
An email with detailed instructions will be sent to you once your inquiry has been received by Matomy Money.
You must reply to the email in order for them to start the inquiry process.
The Matomy Money support team will check the offer, contact the advertiser and email or credit you.
This process takes up to 48 hours before you will receive a reply or credit.

PlayID and Facebook ID are 2 separate accounts and the @Cash accumulated cannot be combined.
