The @Key is a compact, keyring-size digital generator that generates @Key Pins, which are required to login to your Asiasoft Passport and PlayID/Facebook ID. This generator provides a double layer of security, to further secure your digital assets!

How do I activate the @Key Device to be used on my PlayID/Facebook ID?
@Key activation is currently not available for PlayID and Facebook ID.

How do I activate the @Key Device to be used on my Asiasoft Passport?
Please follow the steps below in order to activate the @Key device on your Asiasoft Passport.

Log in to your Asiasoft Passport via https://passport.asiasoftsea.com

Click on “@Key Activation” under My Profile.


Enter the “Device ID” (found on the back of the @Key Device), @Key Pin (Generated by pressing the button on your @Key Device) and the Capcha code as shown then click on “Submit”.


You will see the following message upon successful @Key tagging of your Asiasoft Passport.


Can I used the @Key to protect my game account too?
Definitely! Besides the added security for your PlayID/Facebook ID and Asiasoft Passport, the @Key also prevent unauthorised access for the following game accounts:

  • Cabal
  • MapleStory
  • Ragnarok Online 2
  • Sudden Attack (PlayID only)

Simply tag the @Key device to your PlayID/Facebook ID and Asiasoft Passport, and you will see the security feature enabled when you log in to your game accounts!

Here’s how the @Key device secures your digital assets:

  1. Run the game client
  2. Login with your Game ID and Password
  3. You will see the “OTP” request box
  4. Provide the generated “@Key Pin”, click “Ok” and you’re ready to play!

How do I deactivate my @Key Device from my PlayID/Facebook ID?
@Key de-activation is currently not available for PlayID and Facebook ID.

How do I deactivate my @Key Device from my Asiasoft Passport?
In order to de-activate your @key, kindly send the following details to verification@asiasoftsea.net with the subject“Request to de-activate @key” using your Asiasoft Passport registered email.

  1. Asiasoft Passport Login ID
  2. Device ID
  3. Picture that clearly shows the Device ID found on the back of the @key

Once we receive the information, we will forward it to the relevant department to de-activate the @key from your Asiasoft Passport.

My @Key is faulty. What can I do?
If you discover that your @Key is faulty upon activation within the first 3 months of purchase, you can make a one-for-one exchange at our Asiasoft office, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

For Malaysian players who are unable to visit our office personally, you may opt to mail in the faulty @Key for the exchange request. However, you will need to send us an iBox message to notify our Customer Service team first. Upon receiving our acknowledgement, please include the following items in the mail:

  1. Faulty @Key
  2. A photocopy of your NRIC or student card
  3. Printout of iBox message
  4. List down your PlayID account login, mailing address, and email address

Is there a warranty for @Key?
Yes, the warranty is valid for one year upon activation.

My activated @Key has been misplaced. What must I do?
Please submit a request by emailing us at verification@asiasoftsea.net, indicating your Asiasoft Passport LoginID/PlayID/Facebook ID and a scanned color copy of your National ID. Our officers will provide further assistance upon receiving your request.

Upon successful verification of your account ownership, we will assist in deactivating the @Key. You can then purchase a new @Key and repeat the activation process.

How does the @Key suspension in PlayID/Asiasoft Passport work?
After 5 unsuccessful login attempts due to wrong or invalid @Key Pin, your PlayID/Facebook ID/Asiasoft Passport will be automatically suspended for 30 mins.

Therefore, please do ensure that you have your @Key Device with you and ensure that the @Key Pin is entered correctly.

How long does the @Key battery last for?
With normal usage, the life span of the battery should be 3-5 years.

Can I share my @Key with someone else?
No. Only one @Key can be activated on each PlayID and Asiasoft Passport.

However, you may use the same @Key on both your PlayID and Asiasoft Passport at the same time.

Does the @Key work like the iBanking token?
The @Key’s function is similar – it ensures a more secure login as users will be required to manually key in a numerical authentication code.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty does not cover users’ inappropriate handling of device including but not limited to exposure to water and rough handling of device.
