What is Asiasoft Passport?
An Asiasoft Passport account is a unified gamer account that lets you access all of our games and services.

Do note that all new game titles published by Asiasoft (with effect from 2012) will require a PlayID to access.

Does my Asiasoft Passport LoginID work for all of your games?
No. You have to log on into your Asiasoft Passport and create separate LoginIDs for the games that you wish to play.


How many Asiasoft Passport can I create?
Each user is only allowed to create ONE Asiasoft Passport and register it with a valid National ID and email account.


I think I misspelled my email address during registration. I can't receive the code to verify my email address and start using my account. Can I change the address?
If you have misspelled your email address during account registration, you must create a new account, but you will not be able to use the same LoginID.


Can I delete my Asiasoft Passport?
No. Once an Asiasoft Passport has been created, it cannot be deleted from the system's database.


How is wiping and deletion of Asiasoft Passport different?
Asiasoft Passport cannot be deleted. A wipe refers to erasing the registered particulars as well as imposing a permanent suspension to the account.


Can I reactivate a permanently suspended Asiasoft Passport?
No. Accounts with permanent suspension status are not eligible for reactivation.


Help! I can't login into my Asiasoft Passport!

I entered wrong password for my Asiasoft Passport and now it's suspended. Help!
You may reactivate your Asiasoft Passport by going to https://passport.asiasoftsea.com/general/ap_request_reactivationcode.aspx to get a reactivation code, which will be sent to your registered email account.

After you have received the code, please proceed to https://passport.asiasoftsea.com/general/ap_account_reactivation.aspx to reactivate your account using the received code.


I reactivated my account but it is still restricted. What's going on?
Please submit a report through the iBox for further assistance, providing your Asiasoft Passport LoginID.


Help! I forgot my Asiasoft Passport's password.
You may request for a password reset by going to https://passport.asiasoftsea.com/general/ap_account_resetpassword.aspx

A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.

Please be reminded to change your password after you have regain access to your account.


I forgot my Asiasoft Passport LoginID. How do I retrieve it?
You may retrieve your Asiasoft Passport LoginID by going to https://passport.asiasoftsea.com/general/ap_account_forgot_login.aspx - the information will be sent to your registered email address.


I forgot the National ID number I used during registration. What should I do?
Please submit a retrieval request by emailing us at verification@asiasoftsea.net, indicating your Asiasoft Passport LoginID and a scanned color copy of your National ID.

Our officers will provide further assistance upon receiving your request.

Can I change my registered email address?
You may request for your email address to be updated by emailing us at verification@asiasoftsea.net with a scanned color copy of the National ID which is registered to the Asiasoft Passport that you wish to change email address, the LoginID of the Passport account and the new email address that you wish to use.

Due to security issue, we will not process any request for email address update if the National ID and registered particulars do not match.
