How to sign up for a PlayID
Visit www.playpark.com/en and click on the “Register for PlayID” button.
You will be brought to the PlayID registration page.
Enter the required details, tick the check box beside “Yes, I have read the TNC & I accept them” and click on the “Create Account” button to continue.
You will see the following message once you have successfully registered for a PlayID.
Do take note that your PlayID login will be the email address used in the registration.
Your PlayID is considered unverified until you have clicked on the URL link stated in the verification email. Therefore, do check your email account as soon as possible for the verification email.
You may still login to client-based games (Example: Ragnarok Online 2) using an unverified PlayID. However, @Cash features and Top-Up will not be available until the PlayID has been verified.
How to verify the newly created PlayID
A verification email will be sent to the email address provided during the PlayID registration.
All you need to do is to click on the URL link stated in the email and your newly created PlayID will be verified.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder for the verification email if you do not see it in the inbox.
The email verification link will expire after 30 days. Do be reminded to verify your email before the link expires.
Unverified PlayIDs will be suspended after 30 days of usage. If you wish to continue using it, kindly contact our Customer Service team via firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
In the event where you did not receive the verification email, you can easily request for the system to resend it by following the steps below:
Visit www.playpark.com/en and click on the “Login” button.
Under PlayID login, click on the “Resend Verification Email” link.
Enter your PlayID email, password and click on the “Submit” button.
Upon successful input, the system will resend a verification email to your email account. Kindly proceed to check your email for the verification link.
Visit www.playpark.com/en and click on the “Login PlayID” button.
A login screen will pop up as shown in the image below:
Key in your PlayID email address and password, then click on the “PlayID Login” button.
Upon successful login, you will be brought to the “Account Summary” Page
Click on the “Change” link beside your email address.
Enter the new email address that you wish to change to and click on the “Submit” button.
You will see the following message upon successful request.
A confirmation email containing the verification link will be sent to your old email.
Upon clicking the verification link, you will see the following page:
Proceed to check your new email account for the final verification link.
Once the second verification link has been clicked, your request will be processed and you will see the following message:
